First part focuses on Strategies that will help with childrens’ communication and vocabulary development, second part focuses on Literacy development and the third part focuses on fostering peer Interaction.

Harmony

Harmony is a group Yoga workshop for Autistic, ADHD and DLD children. There is growing research that iterates on Yoga’s benefits for neurodivergent population in terms of self regulation, better sleep, better focus, indigestion issues, sensory regulation and so on. The benefits are numerous.

The workshop is well structured with a Theme for each day. Each days’ practice will be a blend of Silence, Chanting, Affirmations, Pranayama practices, Asana practices and relaxation techniques.

This workshop is a 7 day workshop. It will happen daily for an hour, parental supervision is a must. Vaishnavi, our Speech Language Pathologist has also completed a Foundational course of Special Yoga and Mindfulness for Autism and ADHD at Special Yoga, UK.
